Community Council of Warren County provides services to homebound frail elderly through assistance with daily living by providing Homemaker, Home Delivered Meals, Transportation to and from necessary medical care and community resources, Case Management and investigation and resolution of reported elderly abuse case in nursing and private care facilities.
