The Christian Volunteer Service is an all-volunteer organization that is motivated by God’s compassion for people with temporary, basic, critical needs. Located in Port Gibson this agency provides services including food packages, house repairs, medicines, utility assistance, counseling for inmates, assistance for abused and transient persons and visits to homebound, elderly individuals.
