Description of agency/service
Boy Scouts of America Provides youth development programs for boys, young men and young women. Teaches life-skills and promotes personal growth and self-reliance. Involves youth in citizenship participation and provides opportunities for weekend camping, day camps and summer camps.

Male youth, ages of 6 and 18 (traditional/vision scouting)
Male and female youth ages 14-20 (Exploring, Venturing)
Male and female youth ages 6-18 (Learning for Life)
Where services are offered (area)
A 22 county area of Central, MS, Southwest Mississippi and West Central Mississippi which include Warren, Claiborne, Sharkey, Issaquena, and Yazoo County.
How to apply for services (intake procedure)
Youth are annually recruited from each area of public and private schools. Family members may contact Scout Center @ telephone or address below for more information.
Fee
$10.00 per year (Traditional/Vision) $5.00 per year (Learning for Life) program
